Family Read Together Nights--Monday Evenings—July 9 through August 6 at 6:30 p.m.--Families share the joy of reading. Special entertainers scheduled each week. Families who complete the Reading Club requirements will receive awards at the August 6 party to celebrate a summer of reading together!

Summer Reading Clubs for Fall Grades K-6—Tuesdays—June 26 through August 7—Fall Grades K-2 meets 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.—Fall Grades 3-6 meets 11:45a.m. to 12:45 p.m.—It’s no mystery that kids at summer reading club will have fun searching for clues, being detectives and winning prizes when they Get a Clue @ the Grundy Library! A party for all who complete the club will be held on August 7 with awards and surprises!

Preschool Read-to-Me Club—Wednesdays—June 27 through August 8 at 11:00 a.m.—Ages 3-5—Stories, songs, crafts and fun! Party and awards on August 8.

Can’t Get to Regular Reading Club Meetings? Join the Independent Readers Club…This is a summer reading program specially designed for those who can’t attend weekly summer reading club meetings. Sign up beginning June 9. Pick up a packet with all the information you need to be an independent summer reader. Complete the club requirements and join us at the August 6 party at 7:00 p.m. to receive your award and prizes!

TEEN SUMMER PROGRAMS

Teen Club—Meeting Tuesday evenings June 26 -August 7 @ 7:00 p.m. Special programs, time to talk and get to know each other, food, YNK Reading Club and much more! For teens in Grades 7-12. Register by calling 215-788-7891 x5

Teen Advisory Board—For teens in grades 9-12 with an interest in making the library an even better place for teens. A great chance to volunteer, help plan programs and have a say in what the library offers for teens. Great for your college resume! If you are interested, please call Mrs. Hickey @ 215-788-7891 x16 for meeting times and dates.
